I need to know is it possible to pay emplyees in 2 different currencies (in RT and remuneration statement) though company code being same.

You will encounter currency errors in maintaining & running the payroll.   As currency flows from FI to HR, so you need to check with ur FI person to create another Company Code with that new Currency and then set up the employees in that company code.
