[sap hr] Error Related Table T589a in Organisation Assighnment Infotype in Hiring Action

Hi Guys,

 

I am facing a typical error while executing a hiring action ,When i am executing t ahiring action from Pa40 & while executing 0001 i.t. a message is coming "No entry in T589a for p" & i am exiting out of window can anybody tell what is the reason behind it.
