[sap hr] HRA issue

Hi All,   Iam facing an isssue while maintaining the 0581 infotype where in it is showing the error saying "No automatic updation of infotype 0008.Allowance grouping not found"    I have maintained all the tables like T7INA1,T7INA3,T7INA5,T7INA9,T7INT7, T7INT9, T539A, T539J and also WT characteristics but am unable to find where i have gone wrong.   Please help in solving the issue.
