I have a requirement to apply a cap/maximum to the hourly rate for employees when calculating overtime. It goes like this: employee Jack works 2hours overtime and when payroll runs, his hourly rate (WT /002) is calculated and is found to be (for argument's sake $40)greater than the maximum allowed rate or cap (constant ZOTIM =30 defined in T511K). I want to write a rule that says if /002 > ZOTIM then use ZOTIM i.e. 2hrs*ZOTIM*150% Otherwise Use rate in /002. i.e, if /002=$20 then calculate as 2hrs*/002*150% THe rule applies to all employees. I need help with the rule please. |
