If you want to stop tax calculation for Bonus wage type. Go to its processing class 71 and choose the option 'exempt fully from tax'. It will stop the tax deduction for that wage type.
And if you want income tax to be deducted for that wage type in same month and should not be included in the projection factor there is a SAP note for the same. Read that note and apply the necessary settings. This will solve the problem. Search for the note by giving the following text "TDS deduction on Irregular Payments during Regular Run".
Hope this will colve your problem.

But in the month of Aug he recevied Rs.25000/-(monthly irr income) as performace bonus and total gross salary for the month aug is Rs.45000/- Now system is dedcuting the income tax considering his gross salary of Rs.45000/- for the projection factor 8(Aug to Mar) but i want actual deduction of income tax on his monthly gross salary Rs.20000/-.

For ex, if an employee applied for a Sick leave from 15th to 20th of a month and again he applied for Annual leave from 17th to 20th of the same month, then its a collision so TC determines how it should be handled whether to throw an error, warning message etc.

Some clients consider it as absence/leave for hourly employee group and a holiday for salaried employee group. So we determine how an absence is calculated here basing on customer requirement.
