I can't understand why the system in my configuration still recalculates average base for an absence which is set as frozen for the beginning day of the absense.
A person had the leave from 130809 till 030909; so the leave was divided for payroll into 2 parts - first: 130809 - 310809 for first payroll period; second: 010909 - 030909 for second.
The first payroll period was calculated right; the averafe for the leave was set and frozed.
The second payroll period was calculated uncorrectly - the wage for second part of the leave was recalculated using another average base; so the frozing option doesn't work as I expected.
In the configuration the average for the leaves are calculating using data from the current month and 2 months before; so may be this kind of solution works no so good?
Earlier, I had no experiences with the frozed averages.
