There is one user who is administrator for travel management, so he has the limited access to employee master data across all location, Also business has decided to give user the rights of PHAP_ADMIN but restricting to particular Personnel Area.

my problem is that, after giving access for all employees, how can i restrict user to access appraisal data to particular PA?
