The integration of PA and OM is done in table T77S0. You have to activate the line which says PLOGI ORGA by putting an X as the activation switch.
 
In Enterprise structure you assign Personnel Area to Company Code. Here is the path:
 
IMG-> Enterprise Structure -> Human Resources -> Assignment Personnel Area to Company Code

The interlink between PA and OM Module takes place by activating the PLOGI ORG Switch in IMG. This can be found in PA Module, other please binocular sign for search and you can type PA intgeration.

 

The company code assignment to PA takes place thru IMG.  In Enterprise Structure, under Human Resources, and PA and PSA assignment and PA and Company code assignment takes place.

 

The org. structure cannot be directly linked to company code.  The position assignment in Org. Assignment IT 0001 (positon code) links PA with OM, after the integration swich has been activated.
