[sap hr] Message no. HRBEN00INFOTYPES004: You cannot choose dependents for this plan

 

Hi all,

I encounter this message when trying to enroll dependents for a Miscellaneous plan. I have created Dependent eligibility variant and rule (for Spouse, with no age limit). I also assigned it to the Miscellaneous plan. IT21 Start date is before the Start date of the IT0377 record but under Dependents tab in IT0377, there is still no dependent record and the message above: "You cannot choose dependents for this plan"

Pls advise. Thanks!
