After that manager cannot see his/her HR information in MSS. Mostly when employees leave they book their time for the last week . When they leave, Managers lose access to their profile and is unable to access their information, time sheet, travel etc and this causes problem. Hence we would like to have a possibility that managers get a grace period of 14 days to still be able to access employee information when they have left (for eg for 14 days) to solve this problem.   Is there any SAP Standard authorization can solve our problem?   Thank you very much!
