Why dont you create date specifications as per their requirement.

For e.g. 1) Joining  Date 2) Confirmation Date 3) Promotion Date

Create date specification code as Z1 - Joining Date Z2 - Confirmation Date Z3 - Promotion Date etc.

As per the standard SAp They will appear in alphabetical order only. Pls let me know if there is a way I can have them arranged as per my client requirement. ( Not in alphabetical order)
