check transaction OOAC.

I would also consider having a 'Leaver' position in each Unit instead of single 99999999.
We have the same issue, but no one dears to start digging on it.

Strange that you didn't get more responses as this is such a common issue.

Dear team,
 
I have a question about SAP HR Structured authorization.
 
In our company, we used HR structured authorization, each manager can see all employees in his/her own department. But we came across a problem. If an employee leave our company, we will do the action 'leaving' in system and then his/her position and organization ID will change to 99999999. After that manager cannot see his/her HR information in MSS. Mostly when employees leave they book their time for the last week . When they leave, Managers lose access to their profile and is unable to access their information, time sheet, travel etc and this causes problem. Hence we would like to have a possibility that managers get a grace period of 14 days to still be able to access employee information when they have left (for eg for 14 days) to solve this problem.
 
Is there any SAP Standard authorization can solve our problem?
