Hi Janardhan,   Thanks a ton for the quick response...is   This the second issue more clearly...   Records with conflicts (absences or attendances) are not transferred, however the program only checks for conflicts where there are time events and a conflicting record on the same day. If a half day absence is entered into IT2001 and the employee registers times the other half day these times will not be transferred as the program sees this as a conflict.
