Interface act as tools sometime, sometime they process data

 

Interface can outbound and inbound data can be sent from SAP to Non SAP system

SAP to SAP itself

 

Interfaces can custom program using ABAP

 

Open enrollment means employee can enroll into the benefit during the course of year
